3) Password and Screen Name.
When you register or purchase Services to become a Website member you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your password. By purchasing our product or service or trying Free Tests available, you understand and agree that:
1.GraduateWings does not warrant the use of the materials at the website in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness or otherwise. While we make all reasonable attempts that all the tests operate as advertised GraduateWings does not guarantee success in your preparation. We will not be held liable or responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damages to you nor for any loss of profits or revenues.
2.GraduateWings assumes no liability for any action taken as a result of, but not limited to, the test(s) report provided to you. We accept no liability for any subsequent use, disclosure, storage, correctness and security of this report or the information contained within it once the report has been generated.
3.If We will send you periodic emails with related product or service information, company news, updates etc. If at any time you would wish not to receive our future emails simply write an e-mail to info at graduatewings.co.uk saying that you do not wish to receive our future e-mails and we will stop sending them.
4.In the event of cancelation of your account refunds will be given at Our discretion.
5.We shall have the right to suspend or terminate your Account or Services at any time and for any reason without notice to you.
8) Payment.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time although all pricing is guaranteed for the period of pre-payment. All renewals will be made on our Terms and Conditions and Prices at the time of the renewal.
9) Termination.
We may terminate your Account and Services or restrict your access to them at any time without any prior notice to you if there is:
1.Regulatory or statutory change limiting our ability to provide the Website and the Services.
